The MICHELIN Guide team sends its heartfelt condolences to Chef Christopher Kostow, his team, and their families at this time. The Restaurant at Meadowood was an iconic establishment treasured by locals and travelers alike, serving as an elegant backdrop for romantic evenings, family celebrations, and other special occasions. Chef Kostow’s dishes incorporate just-picked produce, enchanting our inspectors as “an absolute work of art.” The restaurant earned a three-star award in 2011, and has maintained the Guide’s highest distinction ever since.
